This is my second vibration plate from Life Pro… I have the rumblex 4D plus because my 20 year-old son in college took my Rumblex 4D with him because he loved it so much! I make sure to stand on my vibration plate at a minimum of one session of 10 minutes per day Because of the life-changing things that happened after I started using it five years ago. No more lower back pain no more sore legs… Heaven! Haven’t seen a chiropractor in five years.

I’ve read the reviews and I’ve done the research and I received this a couple of days ago. Ready to get it set up. I love how heavy it is and the suction cups on the bottom so it does not move while using.
