So far I am loving this vibration plate! I haven't even begun using it for all the possible things you can do on it. I have been doing my own thing but excited to follow along videos that are out there!

Love the Power Plate so far. We have a very nice fitness center in our community with three very expensive power plates and this plate will be a great addition for our home use as well.
