The LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate has exceeded my expectations. I originally purchased it to help with lymphatic drainage, and it’s delivered incredible results. After just a few sessions, I noticed reduced swelling, less bloating, and better circulation overall. Very Quiet and affective

I like the pre defined modes, it makes it very easy to use. The remote for the writ is super for customizing the program though along with a timer on my apple watch to switch according to a custom interval. So far I love eerything about it. The size is great without being to bulky, the wheels on the one side to tilt and move is a great feature as well. I highly recomend.

Husband bought for me. Don't understand the science of it, but helps me feel better. Have noticed helping with restless legs and leg cramps. Which then helps me sleep :)
