So far I enjoy it. Not sure about the band attachments. Favorite setting is 88...which it starts with. Power setting 3 is loud and actually vibrates the house. I am 71 and using it for balance, bone density, drainage, circulation and general recovery. 20 minutes twice a day...moving head and eyes and with eyes closed. It is heavy but easy to set up. I would recommend it. I would give 4.5 rating. Taking a bit off for how loud some settings are.

Seems great so far. I like all the possible options of vibration. It would be nice if they correlated the hertz frequency with the speed.

Sturdy and feels like a quality machine. I like the multi-directional action. Oscillation range does seem limited compared with my other Lifepro. The wrist remote is a cool idea.

Moving lymph has increased my health

Loving the benefits of using my vibration plate! I’m seeing an improvement in my health from consistently moving my lymph; where before I felt stagnant and puffy, low immune and depletion, now I feel vibrant and overall more healthy.
And I look better! More muscle tone and strength in my body.

I love my vibration plate. After going through a major surgery, this helped me regain my normal but better. It has so many options so you can slowly regain your strength

Lacking in instructions, but high quality

I like some of the programs on the rumble--but the instructions are not well detailed and its a "use it to figure it out" kind of product. I would have preferred clear step by step instructions. Seems to be very well constructed--but the benefits of each program on the settings is not well explained. I personally need more info on products I am unfamiliar with wo it's hard to know what I should be doing with this.
