Love it!!! It has alleviated my back pain, melted my neck tension and relaxed me before bed. I’m a Pilates instructor, and feel my pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles activate just by standing on it. It’s worth every penny!

I love this product. Within the first 2 days of using it I could feel the positive effects. My back pain was gone and my legs felt so much better. I can’t wait to see the continued improvement in my body.

The Vibration Plate was better than expected my only issue was with “exercise mat”, it very miniature compared to the pictures online
