I have to start off by saying. Wow!! ? This Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate is amazing, I feel the vibration throughout my whole entire body. I haven't even set the speed to max yet. This vibration plate is a beast and is very quiet, my body feels so loose and pain free after being on it, I am so glad that I purchased it, I can already tell this apparatus is going to be effective. I still have much to learn about it, as I've only just started using this model, however the whole experience is gonna be fun ?

Depending on the type of vibration selected, sometimes the vibration doesn’t feel balanced between the left and right side. Shifting weight while vibrating can feel, and sometimes sound, different from one side to the other, especially if a single vibration (vs mixed) is chosen.
