Hard to quantify what this does for me but I just feel better each time I use this device. I forget about aches I woke up with. Won't make me into a bodybuilder but that wasn't the mission.

In just a matter of days, my sluggish lymphatic system is responding. I am noticing a decrease in leg and belly swelling. Looking forward to all this machine has to offer as part of my wellness journey for lymph and bone density.
