The Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate is a daily part of my exercise routine. Today was my first time to use it and I totally love all the different features. My exercise routine will not be boring anymore. Excited to see how it complements my daily routine.

This is a great new addition to my exercise routine. It was recommended by my massage therapist to help with muscle recovery and general tightness. I can definitely feel the difference after a couple weeks of regular use. Plus, it's easy to use and well made.
