After just 2 times on our vibration plate, my husband’s sciatica pain has decreased. I have enjoyed the P2 preset and have noticed improvement in my lower back pain.

Easy to Set Up

I was worried this was going to take some time to set up but it is super easy! So happy it came with the resistance bands, mat and remote!! I have yet to start using it but am looking forward to it!
