Heard lots of great things regarding vibration plates. Just got it. Used the basic exercise sheet that I found on website. I enjoyed it. Wish there was more exercise info regarding which modes and speeds match well with what exercises and goals/benefits. I guess it's just trial and error. This will be part of my daily routine.

I bought this for my 87 year old mother to help with circulation, balance, and neuropathy discomfort. After trying it for the first time, she is very excited. She used the lowest setting for ten minutes, found it comfortable, and felt good afterwards.

I love my LifePro vibration plate

I am turning 72 this March. I have chronic sinus issues and using this plate 2-3 times a day for 10 minutes each has already made a difference. I can feel my sinuses draining and clearing up more with each use. I also love it when I'm sore from standing a long time. It helps calm the arthritis in my back and relieves the ache in my feet and legs.

Works fine. One of the gray circle came unstuck the first day and the black may is now coming unglued. I will likely need to get a replacement so a bit concerned about that. The actual piece works fine just annoying that I will either need to re-attach the mat or get a replacement.

Phenomenal Quality

I love this vibration plate and was even impressed with the quality of packaging and design. I can tell this company puts a lot of attention into making these well, and loved seeing the backstory of the founders/owners. I picked the Rumblex 4D because I read the motors might be quieter and smoother for people have joint injuries they are recovering from. My partner and I are just over 40 and both had cartilage repair surgeries at the end of last year. We are hoping to speed up our recoveries with this.
I’ve only used the plate a few times so far but feel refreshed and less swelling in my leg with the bad knee/mild lipedema. I’ve also felt less discomfort around where I had a cam lesion and labrum repair surgery. It feels like it’s helped wake my glutes back up 2+ months out. Excited to use it after my other side hip surgery too!
I’m so happy with this purchase!
