the workout is legit. My legs are jelly. IT really works all the areas and you don't need that long for it to be effective. i'm sure as my endurance grows the workout times can too but you can just up the vibration speed. Wow, its great.

not sure what to say, it does work the muscles, but not much with cardio if you just stand on the machine.
