Replacing an old one with this one

This is replacing a very old vibration plate I bought years ago. I like that this one is portable and more versatile. It also has stronger vibration and way more frequency choices. I think I will get better results with this one.

I love this machine, I feel all the tension leave my body after 2 minutes of standing in the jog position, can't beat to start seeing the tone come in I know it's going to happen I can feel the muscles working
