I heard about power plates years ago, but the cost was too much. I now have this and am working with a new perspective!

As soon as I receive the box, I noticed this vibration plate was well-made. I’ve had other brands which were light and flimsy which I also sent back. I weigh 208 pounds . If you’re looking for a vibration plate that’s going to match your weight. I suggest this one, the durability and the warranty and with the amount of programs that it has to offer. There’s no other comparison to the life pro machines.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it feels sturdy and of good quality. I like that it has different speeds and different preset programs. I plan to use it for long term health benefits as I have a chronic pain condition.

After an initial attempt to just get on and go, I finally started reading the material that came and a subsequent Emil from Lifepro. Realized I’m not failing at this I just need to start at my own pace! So gradually working my way …
