not sure what to say, it does work the muscles, but not much with cardio if you just stand on the machine.

I am so impressed with the quality of the waver. It is compact, silent, and doesn't make the floor vibrate. It is so easy to use straight out of the box. I am looking forward to this becoming part of my daily routine. The lifetime guarantee is the cherry on top!
