I finally have my own LifePro Waver!

I’ve used my trainer’s vibration plate for a year or more, but was able to purchase my own recently. I have some neurological issues and it has helped so much with my balance. I love it!

On day 2 of using the vibration plate and I after 25-30 mins on it I am sweating. Def feel like I am getting something from it. Hoping more results show soon

I just used my vibration plate for the first time and I’m writing this from the toilet… I bought this plate for lymphatic drainage and to help my body be more regular if you know what I mean. I definitely will vouch for the waver plate being everything people say it is. I feel so much lighter after one 15 minute session. I can’t wait to see the physical changes.
