I absolutely love my vibration plate. I have been using it to relax myself at night, as well as for my 2 girls with ADHD. I wish I had purchased it sooner!

My First Experience

I’m 61 years old and struggle with exercise because of pain in my knees and edema. A couple of friends recommended a vibration plate because they love theirs. Last night was my first experience with the plate. I was surprised at how many different muscles I could feel were being worked, simply by standing on the machine. It’s heavy duty, very stable and easy to use. I’m looking forward to building strength and adding more exercises.

Bought this hoping to supplement my exercise routine and regain some mobility and flexibly without the aches and pains I have now. 10-15 minutes a day seems to help loosen up the leg muscles; it's easy fast and kinds fun too. .

What an easy way to fit exercise into your daily routine. I have set this up in my bedroom and can watch TV as I tone and firm my leg muscles.. very happy with this product
