I am excited to try out this waver vibration platform. I know that I need to improve bone density and improve circulation and this seems like a great way to get started that takes very little effort. I look forward to learning more about how to benefit from this device. So far, it's as easy to use as I was anticipating!

have not used it yet. Tha "manual" seems to be a one page document. There is no information as to how to connect the weight lifting straps.
