I love this vibration plate for helping me move my stagnant lymph. Also to help target inflammation specifically in my knee. Looking forward to unlocking its full potential

Easy to use. Only complaint is the roller bolt wasn’t fastened so the roller fell apart when unpacking.

I just got the Waver a couple of days ago, but I can already feel a difference. My hip tightness has been reduced and I can get a little deeper into a squat. I look forward to using it daily.
