Necessary after Work

I work on my feet all day with a lot of physical labor and doing bridge with my feet on the board, sitting criss cross, or massaging my calves with the water after a long day is so relaxing and helps me ease into enjoy the rest of my evening. Been wanting one for years and finally pulled the trigger after experiencing more and more pain in my joints from hypermobility.
