Great vibration plate! I bought this mostly for lymphatic drainage and use after 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Love it so far.

I bought this to help my circulation. I have lymphedema/lipedema and I'm hoping this will get rid of some of the swelling/fluids. I am starting out slowly, so I don't have any results yet. Also, both knees are prosthetic. I think slow is my only option which is fine.

I’m actually obsessed with my vibration plate. I go on it every morning pre workout and if I have time
