Recovery Here We Come

I have had surgeries on both my feet and ankles. One foot was shattered when falling 12 feet from a ladder. So, my Calcaneus (heel bone) needed to be repaired. Needless to say, I have continued issues with stiffness in both my feet as well as balance issues. I am looking forward to improving my balance and flexibility in my feet.

It’s been helping me with my cirlutalion problems I work the whole day sitting down and my back and legs are in pain but with this exercise machine it’s been wonderful.

First time using it today. I swear before I got on my sciatica was acting uncomfortable. I started with P2 and when I finished I felt much better. I’m going to love this.
