Would like to be able to use for more than 15 minutes at a time, otherwise I love this plate. I have had others, and this one is so much better.

i feel like this is the beginning to great health start for me. i love this machine and im glad i purchased it. i like how it gives you a beginners start and you have something to build too. The videos and instruction manual are such a big help for someone just starting.

I have a friend who's DEXA numbers recently increased with consistent use of her Waver Vibration Plate, so I had to get it! I received my plate late yesterday. Today is my first day of use and I'm hopeful for the same results in time.
