I've had my Waver Vibration Plate for 2 days and have been on it several times discovering how to work it and the recommended workouts. So far, I love it. It is no impact on my sciatica and knees and I feel great after using it.

Just got the Waver; a purple one. I’m excited to start my new exercise journey. It works great; can’t wait to strengthen and tone my body. Increase energy, balance and circulation; loose weight. It will be lots of Fun!!!
