I’ve only had this for a couple of days but really like it. I’m a beginner but love that there’s a video tutorial library, a large paper with pictures showing how to start seated then graduate to warm up, lower body, upper body core and massage exercises. I like that there’s a user manual included with a note from the co owners who are in the USA. It sturdy, has a remote, and will hopefully last a long time!
