I was given this machine as a gift. I just read the manual, and I will plug up the machine start to use it. I have no experience with it yet. I’m a senior hoping to increase energy, strength and flexibility. We shall see! ?

It's too early to tell if the vibration plate will make a difference in strength, etc. Optimistic. Hopefully will help with fitness level when combined with other exercise.
