Bought this product on the advice of my Dr to address Osteoporosis. I am using it daily several times. Time will tell if I get the results I want but I am hopeful

I just got my vibration plate and have only used it a couple of times. I am impressed with how quiet it is and how sturdy it feels. I am anxious to get into the habit of using it more and for a longer period of time. Right now I am just using it for 5 to 10 minutes each time.

I feel refreshed & ALIVE!!!!

The vibration plate has given me a complete overhaul. I feel refreshed & more alive than ever. I had been experiencing debilitating leg/knee pain & weakness, but less than a week of use twice a day, my pain/discomfort is minimal to non-existent depending on the day. And my sleep…I haven’t slept this good since my early 20s.
