So helpful for chronic illness girly

This vibration plate helps me get some movement when I am not able to otherwise due to my health. The lowest setting is gentle enough for me.

we just started using and after the first day we both slept great that night, the only thing we did different was the vibration platform so it must have been it. ha We're looking forward to using it more.

I’ve only done 2 15 minute manual programs. I’ve been permanently disabled for 22 years due to a broken back. My Doctor believes this will help with severe chronic pain and build strength around my left leg which has no feeling. I’m starting in a chair for obvious reasons.

Once I learned about the health benefits of vibration plates, I was convinced that I needed to get one. LifePro was the best one based upon features, reviews and not to mention, a lifetime warranty.
