Decent little vibration plate

For a beginning vibration plate, the waiver is not a bad choice. For heavier intensity, you are going to have to crank it all the way up, and it still won’t be as heavy as the more professional model models, but it is enough to loosen your legs up and get some exercises in. It’s quiet and easy to use
