Love the preprogrammed sessions that come with the waver plate- love using my weights with my sessions to add strength to my core training

Very good quality and feels great on sore muscles and tired legs. I have only had it a few days so it’s a bit soon to tell on long term benefits but I have high hopes. I need to spend some more time learning the best way to use it to avoid rattling my brain- since I get a lot of headaches I don’t love that feeling.
