The life pro waiver vibration plate is phenomenal. I use it to get my circulatory and lymphatic systems moving and it does a great job, feels so energized afterwards.

Received my Waver yesterday. Absolutely love the color! (I got the purple one.) I experimented with a 5 minute manual setting at level 1 and a 5 minute program setting. This morning I used it again for 5 minutes. Looking forward to trying out different settings and exercises with it.
