I've enjoyed using the Waver Vibration Plate over the last few days. My legs haven't hurt as much when I get out of the bed in the morning. I'm really excited to see how it helps with lymphatic drainage.

I purchased a remote and chart as part of a bundle offered. Disappointed this was even offered since these items automatically came with my Waver Plate.

I just unboxed the Waver and everything was included except the remote does not include batteries. I am looking forward to getting on the plate. The instructional manual gives you great tips on how to ease into using the plate
