My orthopedist recommended that I try this to improve circulation to my lower legs and feet.
I just received my Waver Vibration Plate a couple of hours ago, and have just now finished a 15 minute session while sitting. Easy breezy!
Very pleasant and I feel very “doable”. I still have much reading and learning to do, but I really feel that this will greatly benefit me and improve my overall health.

Vibration plate

I used a vibration plate 3 yrs ago at a chiro clinic and found it to be beneficial. I was excited to find a plate that has a wide platform and is very quiet. I just got it today and so far I am extremely pleased.
