Why did we wait so long?

So glad we finally went for it! I’m on my feet all day and have been struggling with them being sore even in the morning when I get up. After reading a few other reviews that the Waver Vibration Plate helps with it, they were not exaggerating! Had it for a few days and my husband is loving it too. We will both be using it daily to help with whole body workouts and my feet are already getting relief.

I had a stroke, I’m hoping that this will help me. With the help of a friend, I did successfully stand on it for 5 min. Today I’m by myself and sat in a chair and did 10 min each with feet close together,medium and then far apart.

Just used for the first time and it went well! I was a little sore from yesterday's workout and my muscles felt nice and warmed up after using it today. Excited to use this at the beginning and end of most of my workouts!
