I have literally used this every day since we received it. At my last doctor appointment, the dr said I had lost 6 lbs. Funny thing, my husband went to his and he had lost 6 lbs as well. He has lymphedema and has a fractured foot, so we are trying to get his endurance up, and this is helping tremendously. The low impact is helping strengthen his bones.

Unfortunately I have not owned it / used it long enough to write a fair review at this time. I can only say it's fun and I swear I've been more regular since starting to use it (two weeks ago).

Improving circulation

Just bought the product in order to improve circulation to my legs so far I am impressed with the product. Everything was well packaged. There are exercises given to you. There are at least 15 levels of speed (I still need to play more with it. And after 15 mins sitting with just my legs on the plate I am feeling it but I have poor legs.

I just received my Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate yesterday. I could feel a difference after 15 minutes on this thing. After recent surgery, im looking forward to it helping me with lymphatic drainage as well as all its other capabilities.
