Very impressed with how quiet it is, the compact size and the powerful motor it has. Would recommend this to anyone looking for at home vibration machine.

First day and started seated. The upper body does not move and it looks like I can use it while I work from home

The machine is solid and sturdy in design and virtually silent when in operation.
