The 1st time using it and stepping off, it felt as if I was still on it for a moment. It loosened me up immediately and made me want to do some extra stretches that I haven't done in done time.

Lipedema and POTS

As someone suffering from POTS and lipedema, exercise has always been an issue. With the Lifepro Waver I am hoping to be able to improve my overall health. I love that the machine comes with the ability to create your own programs settings. It's quiet and feels sturdy. Just read the instructions before the first use.
