My husband and I have just started using it so it’s too soon to fully evaluate. We have both used it daily and so did a neighbor. I know that we will probably use it a lot and in different ways.

Just received & love, love, love it but I have to be very careful because of past neck surgery. Even on low speed, feels amazing! Will definitely keep using.

The instruction material included are great. Nice big size to see while you are exercising. Online pro coach is good to have.

Overall seems very effective.
Remote seems not as good quality compared to the unit but that helps drive the costs down.

It’s helping with my swelling and giving me improved strength in less than a week. I have to keep it at mid levels to prevent irritation for my weak knee and keep legs bent and leaning forward a bit to prevent neck pain. I actually work up a bit of a sweat.
