I just received my Waver and am using it under my desk to keep the circulation in my legs moving from sitting all day. I'm enjoying it!

Small steps to bigger steps! I'm excited to start a new aspect of my fitness journey. When I'm not in the mood to do a full-blown workout but still need to get some movement in, this Waver Vibration Plate gives me what I need. One of the best purchases I've made for at home exercise equipment.
