Really like the variety of programs and the option to use resistance bands. The waver helped me to recover from a back pain and accelerated the therapy. Good instructions and manual.

Totally in love with this product. I moved here to the USA from South Africa and have missed my South African vibration paid for the longest time. This one is a perfect replacement.
