Just in the start up phase. I can feel it through my whole body. I hope it helps with my leg swelling and tones my muscles. So far a good purchase.

Just started using it. Very easy to set up and get started. Hoping to improve balance as we’re are older. We will see where this takes us.

We saw so many positive reviews on this product that it helps with balance, muscle and joint pain which was the sole purpose of our purchase. We also love it as an addition to our exercise equipment.
