Vibration plate

This vibration plate works well. It is quiet. Gives you a good workout with several different settings. I love the fact that it came with bands. You can get an arm workout in while using your vibration plate.

So far so good. Not very athletic, so right now I'm using the fixed programs sitting and then doing manual standing up.
