I bought this years ago and it is the only thing I come back to a use time and time again. Broken back 3 times and used this to get back to fitness. 72 years old and now going to add the exercises for the first time.

I used my sister's and decided to get my own after trying hers. It is well made and is an appropriate size for both male and female users where other brands are much too small.

We LOVE our Waver!

I’ve been using the Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate and have really enjoyed it so far. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and offers multiple speed settings to customize workouts. I like that I can use it for warming up, recovery, balance exercises, or just adding extra movement during the day. The vibration feels strong without being uncomfortable, and the remote makes adjusting settings convenient. It’s sturdy, fairly quiet, and simple to store away when not in use.
