I just received this 2 days ago and from using it in 2 days, I haven’t had to take any pain pills for my lower back and I have more strength and stability than I had before using this machine. So far, I love what it’s doing for my 77 year old body. I definitely recommend it.

Never think I can exercise as easy with the lifepro Waver Vibration Plate! I have poor circulation and I think can benefit with this product. I also liked that help to get strong bones.
