Relieves joint stiffness

The mornings can be tough, with muscle and joint stiffness. Now I jump on my wave and can move much easier.
Wish the booklet had more ideas for how to use it and what it helps on your body for each movement.

I've only just begun!

I've had my plate for a week. I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery, and this is really helping. I am using it in the seated position for now, but hope to be standing on it soon! It is great for helping to loosen my muscles after physical therapy.

I got this initially for the lymphatic drainage, but after reading more into these and their benefits I was sold! It’s sturdy, moves easily and I love the remote!

I am obsessed with this product! My knees and ankles used to click loud when I walked and now I can sneak up on the kids without them hearing me coming! lol! I can do squats now and couldn’t before. It’s helped all my joints AND I’m noticeably more toned. I use it 4-6 times a week and use program 8 and use arm weights with it. I can’t recommend this product enough!
