I have seen such a huge difference in my tone already just within the first few uses of my vibration plate. I struggle with circulation issues and tend to swell daily in my lower legs, and I think this will be exactly what I need to tie in all of the other habits I am implementing into my health routine.

I purchased the Waver Plate based on someone’s recommendation. I doubted it could make a difference for my restless legs but I was wrong. Using it only 10-15 minutes each evening has helped tremendously. Thank you!
