This is a great product for any level of fitness. Good for lymphatic drainage, balance, and loosening up minor aches and pains.

I was skeptical to try this at first but once I did I understand the hype. It loosens your body right out and makes aches and pains so much easier. Would definitely buy again

Wave to better health

Since 2022, ive had back surgery, both hips replaced and a knee replaced. Used my Waver for the first time today. Praying it helps either my muscle repair and strength.
