I received vibration plate for a birthday gift a week ago. I'm already noticing a subsiding in aches and pains and my husband says that I'm sleeping way better.

Just received this product and the first day using it was great, I could feel my muscles engaging and my ankles weren’t as swollen the next day. I can’t wait to see how it will help moving forward.
