Purchased item for back pain and circulation in feet, along with swelling in feet, legs, arms, face, and midriff, from lymphedema. Starting out slow and steady.
Also would like to lost weight and boast my metabolism.

Nervous system/fascia/lymphatic therapy

This vibration plate has been a great therapeutic device for my journey in claiming embodiment. Has significantly helped with my ADHD (nervous system reset), proprioception issues d/t hyper mobility and lymphatic drainage. So happy I made the investment, after debating for a couple years. Highly recommend!!

Excellent vibration plate

I absolutely love this vibration plate! It’s been a total game changer for me I feel more energized, my muscles recover faster after workouts, and it’s even helped me with circulation and flexibility. I love how easy it is to use, I can hop on for a few minutes in the morning or after work and feel a difference right away.
It’s quiet, sturdy, and feels high quality, which makes me look forward to using it. Plus, it doesn’t take up much space, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a simple way to support their health and fitness from home.
