If you feel like you want to try this, do. It helps move lymph and if you feel like you don’t need that, try it anyway because yes, you do.

I bought this to add to a service I offer that focuses on Lymphatic Drainage. So far my clients are really enjoying using the product when they come here. I'm sure some will eventually purchase it so they can continue to get results at home. I highly recommend it!

Works my muscles deeply. I’m using it to recover from a work injury. It really feels like moving my muscles is helping get fluids back in. Moving my body to different positions helps. My one concern is there is some snapping noise when I shit my body sometimes. Hoping that is just it being so new. Doesn’t seem to effect performance, Great product!!

I just received my Waver as a gift and I love it! Since it is new to me I am gradually getting use to it. I have not tried standing on it. I use it seated and my legs feel better afterwards.
