Great for getting back into fitness

I am 62 years old and have suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years and recently broke my foot three years ago so just now trying to get back into getting fit and losing some weight since menopause. My only complaint is it’s still a little intense even on the lowest setting but very happy with my results so far.

Just got this product. I bought it thinking it would be the vibration-shake at planet fitness. It is definitely much better and more intense. Would Recommend This Product To Anyone

Just opened the box so haven’t used it yet but reading the guide it sounds like this is an easy to use fitness vibration plate that will help with my arthritis and sciatica issues. I’m very excited to start using it!
