I think the Waver Vibration Plate will be just what I need to address my issues with sciatica, neuropathy and arthritis. that is, if I can get my husband off of it!

I’ve been using about 5 times a week for 30 minutes and have seen nice improvement on my legs and waist line and has helped my circulation. Definitely recommend but like with anything you have to be consistent for any results!
